Service Limitations
While Stream Catcher takes every reasonable step to provide a professional and reliable live streaming service, there may be circumstances beyond our control that cause a live stream to be disrupted, delayed, or unavailable.
Such technical or operational issues may include (but are not limited to):
• Internet or network outages
• Hardware or equipment failure
• Platform or website interruptions
• Power outages
• Adverse weather conditions
In the event of unexpected technical issues, the Stream Catcher team will make on-the-spot decisions to ensure the best possible outcome, which may include equipment substitutions or operational changes (for example, adjustments made in wet weather).
We will make every reasonable effort to notify clients of any downtime or disruption in advance where possible. However, we reserve the right to terminate, discontinue, or interrupt a live stream or recording if we reasonably believe it is appropriate to do so, including in rare circumstances where content is considered misleading, inappropriate, inflammatory, or offensive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream Catcher is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from interruptions or failures in live streaming services due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Live Streaming Disclaimer
Stream Catcher provides a live service, which by its nature, does not allow for editing or censorship. While every effort is made to maintain a professional and respectful environment, we cannot guarantee that participants will not be exposed to offensive or inappropriate language or behaviour during a live broadcast.
Where interactive features (such as written comments or questions) are enabled, participants should be aware that their contributions may be visible or audible to others. Stream Catcher does not endorse, approve, or take responsibility for the content of any third-party comments or questions made during a live stream. Offensive or inappropriate language will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to disable or remove interactive functions if necessary.
This service is intended to promote engagement and connection. However, the inclusion of comments or questions should not be taken as an endorsement by Stream Catcher of the views expressed.
