We assess the room, confirm power and connectivity, plan camera positions and agree how slides and graphics come into the broadcast.

Rehearsal and test stream
We arrive early, run a full test stream and check audio from the podium and PA before the first attendee joins.

Live, then delivered
An operator switches cameras and graphics throughout. Your edited recording is available on the day of the event.
