Stream Catcher (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Information we collect
When you make an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you give us. This is usually your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), the type of event, how you heard about us and the details of your enquiry. We also record the page you submitted from and the date and time of your submission.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, arrange and deliver our live streaming services, issue invoices and keep records of our dealings with you. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes without your consent.
Disclosure to third parties
Enquiries submitted through our website are processed and stored using third-party services, including Google Workspace, so we can receive and manage them. These providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where we need to in order to provide our services, or where the law requires it.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing events@streamcatcher.au. If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, contact us and we will work with you to sort it out. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
