Funeral live streaming at Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens and Crematorium
Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens and Crematorium is at 199 Delhi Road, North Ryde, and has been running since 1933. InvoCare operates it today, and we have filmed and streamed services in its four chapels.
About Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens and Crematorium
Northern Suburbs opened on 28 October 1933 as the second crematorium in New South Wales. Frank Bloomfield designed it in a Florentine style. The North Chapel seats about 160, the East Chapel 90, the South Chapel 80 and the West Chapel 44. The East Chapel has been blessed as a Catholic chapel, with icons and a crucifix available on request.
Families at Delhi Road often stay on after the service at the Skyline Function Centre or the cafe on the grounds. Our part is the service itself, filmed with at least three cameras and streamed over our own mobile internet. Relatives who cannot make it to North Ryde watch on a private link, and the family gets the recording.

Questions families ask
Can a funeral at Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens be live streamed?
Yes. InvoCare offers webcasting in all four chapels at Delhi Road, and some families book us as well because they want at least three camera angles and a recording to keep. Your funeral director arranges it. We have filmed across the site, from the 44-seat West Chapel up to the North Chapel, which seats about 160.
Is this the same place as Macquarie Park Cemetery in North Ryde?
No. Both are in North Ryde, but they are separate venues run by different operators. Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens and Crematorium is at 199 Delhi Road and is run by InvoCare. Macquarie Park Cemetery and Crematorium is run by Metropolitan Memorial Parks. We have filmed at both, so check the funeral notice names the right one.
