Funeral directors we work with
Live streaming for Reflections Funerals services
Penrith and Riverwood are the two bases for Reflections Funerals, a family-owned funeral director. We stream services for both offices, including in the small Riverwood chapel, and get on well with the staff.
About Reflections Funerals
Reflections Funerals says it is family owned, independent and not part of a corporate group, and it has been operating for nearly 20 years. From Penrith and Riverwood it covers the Blue Mountains and greater Western Sydney. Its Riverwood chapel seats about 25 to 30 people.
A chapel that seats 25 to 30 fills quickly. When more people want to attend than the Riverwood chapel holds, a live stream gives everyone else a way to watch. Reflections also arranges direct cremations, and a family that chooses one may hold a small gathering later, which we can stream too.

What your family receives
We work with Reflections regularly and get on well with their team. On the day we fit in around their staff and the running of the service.
- A private link for family and friends, sent before the day so everyone can check it works.
- At least three cameras, set up quietly before guests arrive.
- Our own mobile internet connections, so the stream does not depend on the venue wifi.
- A full recording of the service to download and keep.

Questions families ask
Can Reflections Funerals arrange a live stream?
Yes. Ask the Reflections office at Penrith or Riverwood and they will book us. We bring at least three cameras and our own mobile internet, so the venue does not need wifi. Guests watch on a private link, and the family receives a recording after the service.
Is the Riverwood chapel big enough for our service?
It seats about 25 to 30 people. If you expect more, you can ask Reflections Funerals about another venue, or keep the service small and stream it to everyone else. We set up at the Riverwood chapel the same way as anywhere else, and the family decides who gets the link.
Planning a service?
Tell us the date and the venue and we will take care of the rest with your funeral director.
