Funeral Live Streaming in Western Sydney: Venues We Film In
From Pinegrove and Castlebrook to Forest Lawn, Liverpool and the new Macarthur Memorial Park: how funeral live streaming works at western Sydney venues.

Funerals in western Sydney can draw big crowds, and the venues are spread out. Several of the main memorial parks have outdoor screens or speakers for guests who cannot get a seat. A live stream is for a different group: the people who cannot get there at all, like workmates on shift, older relatives facing a long drive, and family overseas.
These are the western Sydney venues we have filmed and streamed in, and what is worth knowing about each.
Pinegrove Memorial Park, Minchinbury
Pinegrove has operated on 175 acres at Minchinbury since 1962 and is now owned by InvoCare. It has two chapels of similar size, the North Chapel (about 108 seats) and the West Chapel (about 101). Both have external screens and speakers for overflow guests.
Castlebrook Memorial Park, Rouse Hill
Castlebrook is run by Catholic Cemeteries and Crematoria and has a crematorium on site. Its only chapel, the Garden Chapel, seats about 120 and has external speakers. The park is non-sectarian, with dedicated Islamic burial sections, so the relatives watching from home come from all over.
Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Leppington
Forest Lawn has had a crematorium since 1968 and is run by InvoCare. The North and South Chapels each seat about 100, and the North Chapel was blessed for Catholic services in 2011. Leppington is a long drive from the Central Coast or the eastern suburbs, which is often why older family members watch the stream instead.
Liverpool Cemetery and Crematorium
At 207 Moore Street, Liverpool Cemetery and Crematorium has the multi-denominational Reflection Chapel (about 110) and the smaller Padre Pio Chapel (about 50). Families can book the Reflection Chapel even when the burial is somewhere else.
Macarthur Memorial Park, Varroville
Macarthur Memorial Park, near Campbelltown, opened in April 2025 as the first new Crown cemetery in New South Wales in 80 years. Services are held in the Sanctuary, where three Reflection Halls can be used separately or opened up together for a large funeral.
Kemps Creek and outdoor services
Services at Kemps Creek Memorial Park, home of Sydney Natural Burial Park, use an open-air pavilion seating about 160. Filming outdoors means bringing everything, so we carry our own power and internet. The same applies to graveside services anywhere in the west.
Churches in western Sydney
Funeral Masses are also common in the large parish churches of the west. St Patrick’s Cathedral, Parramatta can seat around 800 for a funeral. With a crowd that size, the people most likely to miss out are the sick and those overseas.
How we stream at any of these venues
Most of these venues have their own screens and sound for the room. We do not depend on them. We bring at least three cameras, wireless microphones and our own combined 4G and 5G connections, and arrive at least ninety minutes early to set up and test. Viewers watch on a private link in an ordinary browser, and the family receives an HD recording to keep.
Tell your funeral director you would like Stream Catcher, or call 0403 355 445 at any hour. The full list of places we film is on our venues page.
